Delete your account

App: Chat Ai (com.codionx.chatai)

From inside the app, open Profile → Privacy → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app, email us from the address connected to your account and ask for deletion. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

You can delete an individual message from its message menu, delete a full conversation from Chat details or Conversation history, and delete characters or rooms you own from their edit or settings screen.

If you cannot use those controls, email us from the address connected to your account and specify the conversations, characters, rooms or other data you want deleted. You do not need to close your account.

What is deleted

Your account identity, conversations and messages, generated images, rooms, wallet balance and ledger, subscription record, streaks, quests, reports, feedback, push tokens and analytics events are deleted.

What is retained

Characters you published that other people are using are anonymised rather than deleted, so their conversations are not destroyed. Payment records held by Apple or Google are governed by those stores, not by us. Server backups roll off on their normal retention schedule.
